The Tetra Pak® Single Pass Tea Extraction System is a semi-continuous extraction system for high-quality, ready-to-drink leaf tea. The tea extract is cooled, clarified (if necessary), mixed, subjected to heat treatment and packaged using terminal technological equipment. The extraction process is divided into the following steps: - dividing the tea leaves into portions - filling the extractor with water and wetting the tea leaves - continuous extraction - stopping and extracting the extract in the extractor - unloading the consumed tea leaves - preparing for the next extraction cycle
