BOBST EXPERTCODE is a standalone digital marking device that opens up new markets for packaging manufacturers. It provides not only the tracking function necessary for brand owners to combat counterfeit products, but also an excellent opportunity to personalize and create different versions of packaging for different consumers. The freestanding EXPERTCODE system provides high-quality and high-speed printing of individual codes, text or graphics both on blanks and on folded and glued boxes with the possibility of instant verification. EXPERTCODE users can print two-dimensional codes, QR codes and barcodes, graphics, such as logos or images, and other types of personal information, such as customer names, text or serial numbers. EXPERTCODE installs up to four printheads, while it supports speed print up to 100 meters per minute. The print width is 12.5 mm or 25 mm (when connecting two print modules). The system is designed to work with cardboard with a density of up to 800 g / m2 and allows you to process uncut workpieces from 77 x 60 mm to 480 x 400 mm in size.
