Pneumatic box for stunning pigs

The box for stunning pigs is designed to increase the convenience and productivity when stunning animals with a powder charge or electric shock. The design of the box includes: mechanical unloading of the carcass, quick bringing the box back to its initial position for the next immobilization cycle, carcass sliding on the sloping floor during unloading, easy and reliable opening and closing of the front door to the box. The stunning box is reliable and easy to operate. The pneumatic cylinders are controlled directly from the pneumatic valves. The design of the box does not allow the animal to move and makes it possible to correctly apply the electrodes of an electric stunning device or to make a shot. After stunning, the carcass falls on the receiving table or on a horizontal conveyor for bleeding. The time between stunning is from 20 to 60 s.
