We manufacture equipment and complete lines for receiving, sorting, soaking, washing, calibrating, peeling, cutting, blanching, rinsing, drying root crops, vegetables and fruits for their subsequent shock freezing. (We do not manufacture a shock freezing chamber. The customer purchases independently). Performance on request. The equipment is made of food, stainless steel. The cost of the line and the production time will be announced at the official request of the Customer.
