An oil maker (churn) is used in dairy production to produce butter by periodically churning cream. Oil in oil producers is formed as a result of processing cream with 25-35% fat content. Churn consists of: - a cylindrical tank; - frames; - a drive consisting of an electric motor, a worm gear, V-belt and chain gears; - fencing; - control panel. Churn operation: Chilled and pasteurized cream is loaded into the container through the hatch (or through the Du50 nozzle). To monitor the process of whipping cream, the capacity of the churn is equipped with a viewing window. Buttermilk and rinse water are removed through a DN50 drain pipe. For safe operation of the churn, a fence is provided. The churn can be made taking into account the individual wishes of the customer: - the number of preset speeds of rotation of the drum, - the dimensions of the container, - the dimensions of the loading hatch, - additional nozzles and their location relative to the loading hatch, - an additional viewing window, - the layout of the churn, - stainless steel frame and so forth
