V-MKhU are a tank made of food-grade stainless steel with a slit evaporator, a gear motor, an agitator on a rigid traverse, with one or two hinged lids on the piano loop. When flushing, both covers are folded on the piano hinges, which provides convenient access to the internal cavity and complete flushing of the tank. The refrigeration unit is filled with freon and is located on a single frame. Additionally, a milk pump can be included in the kit, fixed to the bathtub or separately.
