Milk refrigeration unit with a semi-cylindrical bottom (П-МХУ) It is a stainless steel tank with a slit evaporator, a gear motor, an integrated pump for loading, unloading and washing the tank (PRN), a milk hose, a washing gun, and a rigid mixer traverse and hinged covers. When flushing, both covers are folded on the piano hinges, which provides convenient access to the internal cavity and complete flushing of the tank. The refrigeration unit is filled with freon and is located on a single frame. Cooling time is not more than 2.5 hours.
