The machine is designed for preliminary proofing of dough. Thanks to perfect synchronization by sensors, each part of the test falls into the right cell at a certain time automatically. After one revolution, the dough goes into the next cell with the positive transition method. It is possible to supply a conveyor for issuing the test both “to the right” and “to the left”. The cells are made of easy-to-clean hygiene material. A safety system against electrical problems is installed on the control panel. Engine 0.37 kV, 220/380 V, AC 50 Hz.
