The convection oven of the PM 6080 series at 5 levels for a baking sheet size of 600x400 mm is designed for baking bakery and confectionery products of the highest quality in intensive use. Designed for small productions: confectionery shops, restaurants, bars, shops for proofing and baking a wide range of bakery confectionery and small dough products (pastries, pizza, pies with various fillings, hot dogs, puff pastry, including frozen dough pieces, semi-finished products, meat, fish, vegetables, mushrooms and much more). This oven is an ideal and simple partner for baking a wide range of products. The oven can be equipped with a proofer, a stand both with guides and without guides for bottom sheets.
