Mill PD-01 quickly processes sugar into powder: up to 300 kilograms per hour of work. The main structural elements of the mill are the feed hopper, feed mechanism and grinding unit. The apparatus is made entirely of stainless steel. The advantages of this material include special resistance to corrosion, ease of cleaning and resistance to deformation. Application. Mill PD-01 is intended for use in the confectionery and bakery industry. Powdered sugar obtained with its help can be used for the preparation of glaze, shedding and decorating buns, donuts, cakes, cakes and other flour products. Technical Specifications • Powdered sugar can be produced in sizes ranging from 20 to 200 microns.
