Steam generator (set)

The kit includes an evaporation tank, a flange with a safety group, a bubbler and a steam line (80 cm). Any of our evaporation tanks equipped with a flange with a safety group, steam line and bubbler can serve as a steam generator. Principle of operation: Water is poured into the capacity of the steam generator, which when heated (gas, electric heating elements) turns into steam and is fed into a thick medium through the steam line and steam distribution device (bubbler). For the preparation of strong alcoholic drinks from burned mash (from grain raw materials containing gluten (protein), thick mash fermented together with pulp, pulp and juice of chopped fruit), direct steam is used, which completely eliminates burning due to the fact that boiling inside the mash practically absent, and the evaporation of alcohols occurs as a result of heat exchange between the brew and steam. Raw alcohol obtained in this way has a much better organoleptic compared to other heat sources.
