Tetra Pak The extrusion module LT is an extrusion-cutting module designed for the extrusion and cutting of low-temperature ice cream, which typically has a temperature of –12 to –15 ° C. Ice cream, which may contain small inclusions, is squeezed onto the trays of the desktop for making portioned ice cream on a stick, briquettes, sandwiches, as well as medium-sized cakes. This module can be used as part of any single row or double row extrusion production line. A double row line requires a dual module.
