TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF DECORATORS: • Electric head heating with automatic control of temperature maintenance. • System of mechanical cleaning of nozzles with pneumatic drive. The cleaning frequency is programmed from the control panel. • The location of the nozzles is carried out in accordance with the location and row of the product on the tape • By replacing the easily removable decorator head, it is possible to quickly and easily rebuild for a different product with a large difference in size and with different rows in the tape. • Easily removable nozzles. Nozzles of various diameters can be supplied with the decorator to optimally adjust the appearance of the picture and work with various glazes. • The glaze is fed into the decorators head according to the circulation scheme with a partial return to the supply tank. • Decorators can be either stand-alone, independent, installed at the entrance to the refrigeration tunnel or on a separate conveyor, or built-in inside the enrobing machine. It is possible to install a decorator at the exit of the enrobing machine, which allows watering into the gap between the shank of the enrobing machine and the knife of the refrigeration tunnel.
