The fan is equipped with an independent variable frequency drive to ensure smooth adjustment of airflow. To shake the mesh, a pneumatic vibrator with adjustable frequency and amplitude is used. The bottom runout shaft has built-in heating and an adjustable scraper. The net at the machine outlet is bent around on a rotating bar, which makes it possible to ensure high-quality glazing of the bottom and work with a product of minimum size. This machine also comes standard with a pump-down pump. Management is carried out through the color touch panel of the operator on the rotary console. It has three degrees of personnel access and allows you to store up to 100 recipes in memory.
