Installation with an evaporation module allows you to produce almost any type of alcohol at home. Some options for using such an installation are shown in the table. Description: The lower tank (cube) is a steam generator in which pure water (or liquid raw materials) is converted into steam with a given capacity by heating. Through a steam distribution device (bubbler) with a non-return valve, steam is fed to the evaporation tank, which contains thick raw materials (grape marc, fruit pulp, etc.) intended for processing. Steam condenses in the volume of the raw material and gradually warms it to the boiling point of the volatile components contained in it. After heating, the steam enriched with these volatile components passes through a thick medium and enters the distiller. It can be completed with all our moonshine stills (except for the Compact apparatus).
