Coal column

It can be connected directly to the distiller, but then it will be necessary to reduce the speed of the distillation, since the average productivity of the distiller is ~ 3.5 l / h, and the throughput of the column is ~ 1 l / h, so most often the distillate is simply poured into the column manually. Activated carbon removes excess fusel oils and improves the taste of drinks. The use of activated carbon, in contrast to chemical cleaning methods, is absolutely harmless to the body. It is recommended to fill the column with BAU-A grade coal. To prevent a small fraction of coal from entering the product, we recommend putting 3-5 cosmetic cotton pads (sold in pharmacies) at the bottom of the column.
