Rectification or strengthening of alcohol-containing liquids by repeated evaporation and condensation, allows you to separate the alcohol from water and its impurities. The process of distillation or repeated evaporation takes place using a distillation column (distillation equipment) on special elements (nozzles), usually in 3 stages: stage 1 - separation of head fractions, the lightest substances: methyls, ketones, etc. usually about 5% of the alcohol content in feedstock. Stage 2 - obtaining the main fraction, actually ethyl alcohol. Stage 3 - separation of tail fractions. In the process of rectification, as a result of heat exchange, heavy fractions (fuselage) are fed back to the evaporation tank or evaporation cube. The evaporation tank again heats the heavy fractions and feeds them for re-rectification, this process occurs many times, as a result of this, multiple purifications occur. 1. Productivity 2 liters per hour 2. The percentage of finished products up to 98% 3. The degree of alcohol content in the finished raw materials 10% 4. Required applied power 1-1, 5 kW 5. Maximum dimensions 1800 x 90 mm 6. Mounted on any capacity (flange with bolts) 7. Cost (330 euros).
