When you install a copper distillation column (sold separately), the T500 will allow you to get 95% alcohol, 93% pure from mash - this is the highest result any similar device on the market can do. From the resulting alcohol, you can make high-quality gin, white rum, vodka, or any other drink by adding aromatic and flavoring essences. When using alambika for distillation (purchased separately), you can get real malt whiskey, grain and fruit vodka, rum, cognac, calvados, grappa and other alcoholic spirits with an authentic taste and aroma of the primary product. Designed and assembled in New Zealand, the T500 is the most functional element of a home distillation cube.
