The washing machine unified

Washers are used in canned fruit and vegetable production lines. The operation of the washing machine is based on the continuous loading of the product into the washing space of a bathtub filled with water. This machine consists of: 1) a bath; 2) brush drums; 3) adjustable pallet; 4) elevator; 5) roller conveyor; 6) shower collectors; 7) drive; 8) electrical equipment. Loaded into the front of the bath, the product falls onto an inclined stone separator, from where it is fed under rotating brush drums. The loading zone also serves for pre-locking the product and separating pop-up organic impurities from it using a special overflow device. Arriving under the rotating drums, the fruits move along the pallet to the elevator, while being cleared of dirt. Depending on their size, the distance between the drums can be changed within 50 mm. Once in the elevator, the fruits are washed with jets of water supplied through a collector mounted above the elevator. From the elevator, they enter the roller conveyor, where, due to the rotation of the rollers, they turn and are washed again by jets of water coming from the collector installed above the conveyor.
