Milk pasteurizer

NPCHP Institute Tekmash offers milk pasteurizers with a productivity of 0, 5-6 t / h. The main advantages of pasteurizers for milk and other food products are that 3 processes are combined in one pasteurizer: mixing, pasteurization (with holding, if necessary) and homogenization, which reduces the cost of food processing. The equipment has several advantages: - low energy consumption - 10 -12 kW / h for pasteurization of 1 ton of product; -KPD - not less than 90%, -the ability to use the unit in the production of combined (with vegetable fat) dairy products; - the absence of convective heating surfaces makes it possible to prevent deposits of milk stone and burning of dairy products in a pasteurizer, - self-cleaning using standard washing solutions.
