NPPP “Institute Tekmash” offers equipment for pasteurization, sterilization, homogenization of reconstituted juices, which are based on the use of hydrodynamic phenomena and make it possible: 1. To reduce the cost of production by reducing energy costs: - low energy consumption - 10 -12 kW / h for pasteurization 1 ton of product; -KPD - not less than 90%, - the possibility of cold filling in modern packaging; 2. To produce high-quality products with an extended shelf life; 3. Reduce or eliminate the dependence of your company on gas supplies. This equipment includes such processes as: direct heating, pasteurization, sterilization, aging and homogenization of recovered juices, drinks directly in the stream.
