FLOU-PACK packing machine

This machine is designed for high-speed packaging of caramel, lollipops, dragees and other small candies in a three-seam package FLOU-PACK. Sweets are automatically fed to the conveyor using a special disc-type orientator. The machine is easy to set up, has simple controls and, thanks to its high productivity, can service entire production lines on its own. Advantages: Product delivery is controlled by a special sensor, which 100% eliminates the output of empty packaging. The length of the package is controlled by a photo tag sensor, so that the picture on the film is located exactly on the product. Built-in counter, shows the exact number of packed sweets. Performance is regulated by a stepless speed variator. The body of the machine is made of stainless steel, so that the machine meets sanitary requirements.
