Filling and packaging machine for hard-bulk products

The device is designed for packing and packaging difficult to bulk products, spices, ground pepper, starch, milk powder in a “stick” or “sachet” bag, with a small dosage of 2-20 ml. Exact dosing of the product occurs due to the screw batcher. The machine is controlled by the PLC controller. The required product weight is determined by the proportion of weight to perfect screw revolutions. Thus, a very accurate dosage of hard bulk products is achieved.
