Labeller automatic machine on a polypropylene label hot glue

Labeling machine designed for gluing a polypropylene label on a bottle of cylindrical shape. It can be made in options for left-side or right-sided equipment. Label width up to 140 mm. Brief description of the process: Labels used in this machine are made in the form of a continuous tape wound into a roll. The main assembly that transfers the label from a roll to a bottle is a perforated drum. The label is kept on the drum due to perforation on the drum and the vacuum pump. Hot glue is applied to the label in the form of a vertical strip. During operation, the glue application unit, rotating, transfers the hot glue from the glue bath cylinder to the label. The heating temperature of the glue application unit is set using the controller. A rotating knife cuts the film in the middle of the adhesive strip and separates the label from the roll. A rotating drum presses the label to the surface of the bottle, and, rotating the bottle along the rolling arc, sticks the label to the surface. The uniformity of the flow of bottles to the drum is ensured by a bottle separation mechanism or a screw feed mechanism. Labeling machine parts are made of anti-corrosion materials.
