In our new heat exchanger design, the heat produced in the combustion chamber is better absorbed than the traditional version. This provides a more even baking with reduced energy consumption. The new integrated vertical steam plate provides ample moisture for every part of the cabinet. Our rotary kilns come with a side burner that fits long, narrow rooms and in very compact sizes. Therefore, our rotary ovens are ideal for installation in any bread or pastry shop. The combustion chamber is made of heat resisting resistive (more than 1000 degrees Celsius) special stainless steel (AISI 321 x). Front panels and covers are made of stainless steel material. Therefore, it will not get darkening and rust. With the help of halogen lamps that are installed on the door, excellent illumination is obtained and these lamps allow you to change the outside of the door, it is highly recommended that the device is installed on the water supply of all furnaces to soften the water.
