Open-type milk cooler for 1000 liters - made of food-grade stainless steel in the form of a horizontally lying half-cylinder, it is thermally insulated (with the exception of the top cover), has a kneading device consisting of a gear motor and a paddle mixer mounted on a cross bridge. The thickness of the inner walls is 2 mm AISI 304, the thickness of the outer casing is 1, 5 mm AISI 430. The refrigeration unit is sealed type Danfoss-Maneurop (France) MTZ-22. Milk cooling time at 40% load for 3 hours. Milk quantity measurement system: “ruler + table”. Washing is carried out manually.
