500 liter pasteurizer

Bathtub of long pasteurization (VDP) for 500 liters - designed for long pasteurization or fermentation of milk; the bath can be used for pasteurization of other food products similar to milk in consistency and properties. The bath is a thermally insulated tank mounted on four screw supports. Heating of the heat carrier in the heat exchange jacket is carried out by tubular electric heaters (heating elements), we can also produce it under a steam generator. Product cooling is done by supplying chilled water to the heat exchange jacket. Mixing of the product is carried out by a mixer.
