Inwestpol AN-80 injector

Injector Inwestpol AN-80 AN 110 equipment designed for introducing brine into meat with a needle. They can be used for injection of various types of poultry, pork and beef with or without bone. The equipment is equipped with two needle heads and two centrifugal pumps. The machine is controlled by a microprocessor, which allows you to program selected operating parameters such as the step of movement of the working conveyor, the frequency of pricking with needles, as well as the performance of the pumps (an indicator of the pressure on the pressure gauges). Programmed indicators can be recorded in the processor memory, which guarantees the repeatability of the injection process. The machine is equipped with a set of screens that carry out preliminary cleaning of the brine from meat suspensions, and is also designed to work with a rotary slotted filter with high accuracy of cleaning.
