PJSC "Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Plant" and JSC "Nizhny Novgorod Plant named after 70th Anniversary of Victory ”offer cooperation in the manufacture of products according to drawings of customers, as well as the provision of production services using modern equipment: - cutting of any material with a density higher than water with a maximum size of up to 7300x2000 mm and a thickness of up to 300 mm; - turning and milling of workpieces with dimensions of 14000x5000 mm and weighing up to 80 tons; - processing of workpieces with dimensions up to 18000x4500x2000 mm at milling and boring machining centers (horizontal, vertical and portal 3, 4 and 5 axis); - welding of steel structures from steel and aluminum alloys up to 13,000 mm in size; - galvanic coating of 40 types of coatings; - heat treatment of large parts with dimensions up to 12000х3600х4000 mm and weighing up to 8 tons; - painting products with dimensions up to 25575x4000x4000 mm and weighing up to 55 tons. We also offer the services of a central laboratory for a wide range of tests of metals, components and mechanisms, including vibration tests, hydraulic and climatic tests, research of paints and varnishes and testing of pipelines and air ducts.
