Technical description The construction is made of stainless steel. The cutting module is also made of stainless steel and polyamide gears. In the upper part of the module, the stomachs are cut into longitudinal tapes with a given width, in the lower part of the scar reduction to length. The cutting module both the top and bottom makes a turn. Power is transmitted from the electric motor through the transmission belt - clutch and two gears. The device is controlled by turning on the main power switch and the Push Start button. On the sides of the device are emergency switches, all movable screens are provided with limit switches, which prevent the machine from working without covers.
