Paper Label Labeling Machine

The automatic labeling machine is designed for applying labels to cylindrical containers of various materials: glass, plastic, aluminum, PET. The container is wrapped with a circular label in an upright position and the label is fixed with cold glue. Principle of action: Cylindrical containers are supplied with a worm gear to a ram with glue. Cold glue from the glue brush is applied to the rotating drum. When the container is fed into the application zone, the cassette with labels placed on the eccentric lubricates the outermost label on the drum. Then the cartridge moves to the application area and due to the adhesion of the adhesive, the label is transferred from the cartridge to the container. Further along the side break-in conveyor, the label is rolled on the container.
