The sanitary inspection room is designed to disinfect hands and to clean staff shoes. It consists of: - a shoe-polishing module, equipped with two horizontal rotating brushes rotating inward, preventing the spray of detergent. The solution is supplied under pressure using nozzles located around the perimeter of the bath. The brushes are driven by two gear motors. A grill is provided for passage through the brushes. The rotation of the brushes and the supply of washing solution are activated by a motion sensor located on the station body; - hand disinfection module, the disinfectant is automatically supplied when the hands are brought into the sensor response zone, using an electric pump, through 4 nozzles. Two are located from the top and two from the bottom, to reduce processing time; - input control module. it provides for the sequential execution of actions to disinfect hands and clean the soles of shoes, after which the turnstile is unlocked to pass into the production area. the turnstile blocks the exit from the production area.
