Tank cooler MOU-500

Open-type milk coolers, series MOU-500 (vertical type) 1. The inner and outer walls of the milk tank are made of food grade AISI-304 stainless steel. All joints are welded by argon-arc welding with blowing on both sides. 2. The thickness of the inner wall is 2 mm, the outer skin is 2 mm 3. The evaporator is made of stainless steel, 3 mm + 1 mm. Evaporator connection by microplasma welding. 4. Thermal insulation is made of environmentally friendly heat-insulating material - polyurethane foam, thickness 50 mm; 5. Drain provides complete emptying of the milk tank. 6. A rotating disk washing head made of AISI 304 stainless steel was installed. 7. Outlet pipe for products - threaded DN40, orbital welding (Orbitec, CNC, Germany); 8. Upper version: 500 mm hatch, opening cover for gas lifts, swing cover 9. Maneurop compressor (Danfoss, original compressors) with relay protection for three-phase compressors. 10. The controller for controlling the cooling system and the mixer - EVCO - Italy.
