Foil Cups

The sealing machine (hereinafter referred to as a cup sealing machine) consists of a rack on which a movable carriage is mounted for placing containers and a lifting mechanism with a welding head. Adjustment and maintenance of the temperature of the welding head is carried out using the electronic unit. In the process, the operator installs the cup filled with the product into the cell of the weld assembly, covers it with a lid and moves the movable carriage to the welding position. Pressing the welding head to the lid using the handle, the operator makes the lid welding. Welding time - 1.5 - 2 sec. Then the operator returns the handle to its original position, extends the carriage, removes the sealed container and sets the next one.
