Cooking container with a steam jacket and a frame scraper mixer. The container is designed for cooking, pasteurization, evaporation of the product. To mix the product, the tank is equipped with a scraper frame mixer. The geometry of the container and the design of the mixer eliminates the formation of "dead zones" and prevents the accumulation of the product or individual ingredients in hard to reach places. The tank is equipped with safety valves, temperature sensors and pressure sensors, which ensures safe operation.
