The scraper is a scribbler, designed for the mechanical removal of bristles from pork carcasses (after stunning and bleeding). Shparchan is intended for processing pork carcasses up to 300 kg; a machine with a bristle separator is possible. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, the scraper is structurally equipped with two working shafts. The drive shaft, machine control and electrical cabinet are integrated into the machine body. The bastard cover consists of two parts, so loading / unloading of carcasses is possible front and rear. The bristle separator is located on the side.
