A.Ş., has more than 10 years of experience in the development, design and manufacture of filling equipment for the piece packaging of pressed sugar cubes in a MINI PILLOW bag with a GTK300S photo tag sensor. Lump pressed refined sugar, of certain sizes, is poured into a vibrating hopper located next to the machine and a conveyor line connected to it with a narrow channel, through which sugar is transported to the packing conveyor with pushers, through which the cubes are delivered piece by piece to the packaging in a wrapper. Rolled packaging material, tightly wraps the cube in a kind of sleeve, after which a soldering of type A + A occurs. The use of the photo tag sensor in the mechanisms allows for the perfect coincidence of the graphics location. General control over the production and management of equipment is carried out by means of a PLC microprocessor with a touch control panel.
