Semi-automatic line for the production of refined sugar 6 tons / day

A.Ş., has more than 10 years of experience in the development, design and manufacture of a semi-automated line such as RG 105 for the production of lump pressed refined sugar with a production capacity of 6 tons / day and an automatic screw loading system. The sugar loaded into the lower hopper is automatically fed into the upper hopper by a screw conveyor, from where the mixer is sent to the mixer by means of a loading funnel, where it is moistened with a metering pump. Using the mechanism available in the press compartment, it is possible to adjust the grammar according to the desired briquette size. Compressed wet briquettes of refined sugar, the intermediate conveyor belt is pushed out, from which the briquettes enter the heat-resistant chrome-nickel belt of the main conveyor and are sent to the intensive drying unit, which is heated by infrared emitters. After drying, the briquettes are sent to the cooling chamber, also located on the belt of the main conveyor. Here, sugar cubes, after blowing fans, acquire a complete, perfect geometric look. After that, the cooled sugar is sent to the packaging, carried out manually using vacuum grippers.
