Refined sugar production line 12 tons / day

A.Ş., has more than 10 years of experience in the development, design and manufacture of an automated line such as RG312 T for the production of lump pressed refined sugar with a production capacity of 12.5 tons / day and an automatic screw loading system. The sugar loaded into the lower hopper is fed by a screw conveyor to the upper hopper, from where the mixer is sent to the mixer by means of a loading funnel, where it is moistened with a pump-dispenser. Compressed wet briquettes of refined sugar are pushed onto a heat-resistant chrome-nickel belt of the main conveyor and sent to the intensive drying unit. After drying, the briquettes are sent to the cooling chamber. Chilled briquettes are sent to the stacking mechanism, which groups the briquettes into smooth, continuous rows and alternately transfers the briquettes into a box in 2-3-4 solid rows. This operation is repeated several times, depending on the weight of the package and the size of the briquettes, until the box is full. Formed by a box machine, the boxes are lined up on a conveyor belt feeding them to the stacker. Filled open boxes on a conveyor belt are delivered to the apparatus for sealing the lid. Ready packs are sent for packaging in corrugated packaging. At the request of the customer, the line can be equipped with an automatic packaging system in corrugated packaging.
