Installation of the KEG-Service 3T (M) series

Appointment: Preparation for bottling with beer, kvass, soft drinks KEGs (EURO and DIN standards) with a productivity of up to 20 KEG / hour. Control Mode: Automatic. The design of the modular design is fully factory-assembled, consisting of: - a desktop with a pneumatic device for securing KEGs; - a tank for storing a washing alkaline solution with heaters; - circulation pump; - a control panel with software based on the controller of OVEN-K, a 4-line display of OVEN-K, pneumatics of SMC; - devices and sensors for temperature and level control; - piping system with valves. Technological regulations: - Flushing with hot water; - Blowing with compressed air; - Sink with alkaline detergent solution; - Blowing with compressed air; - Flushing with hot water; - Rinsing with cold water; - Steam sterilization; - CO2 purge; - Grooving CO2. Note: The work schedule can be changed based on the technological requirements of the Customer.
