Appointment: - An external sink of KEGs in a continuous stream. It can be used autonomously with loading and unloading zones, and is also included in the line using monoblock filling KEG-Service M 5 / 4x4 or KEG-Service M 5 / 4x4 with a conveyor logistics scheme. Operating mode: - washing mode - in a continuous flow; - control mode - automatic. Productivity - up to 450 KEG / h. General characteristic Tunnel type design with a closed system of washing liquid circulation (water, washing solution) of a modular design with full factory readiness. The basic version of the installation includes: two washing zones: a) a zone of preliminary rinsing with hot water (t = 55 ÷ 60 ° C); b) the rinsing zone with clean water (t = 55 ÷ 60 ° C). tank (V = 200 l) for rinse water (collection and circulation) with a filtration system and adjustable heating (electric or steam) with a washing pump that provides a pressure of at least 0.3 MPa, with hot water connected from the workshop communications (adjustable make-up) . Additional options - washing with a hot alkaline solution (t = 70 ÷ 80 ° C) in - circulation mode using a filtration system; - blowing (or drying) using air; - a system for monitoring and maintaining a given concentration of the washing solution in standalone mode.
