External washing module KEGs

Appointment: - External washing by water of KEGs in a discrete mode. It can be used autonomously, and is also included as an option as part of monoblock bottling "KEG-Service M 5 / 4x4" and "KEG-Service M 5 / 4x4". Operating mode: - washing mode - intermittent circulation with repeated use of rinsing water, with the connection of water (recharge) from the workshop communications; - control mode - automatic. A complete factory readiness structure consisting of: a table with centering stops (for installing 2 KEGs at the same time); washing manifolds with nozzles; protective cap of vertical movement; washing water supply unit with a circulation tank. Principle of operation Two-stage washing in a closed volume with the supply of washing liquid under pressure through the washing manifolds with nozzles in a circulating mode. During washing, KEGs make back-and-forth movements around their axis in order to exclude impermeable zones of the outer surface of KEGs.
