SEMZ UPM-3, 0 flour sieving unit is used at the baking enterprises for continuous controlled sieving of wheat and rye flour, mechanization of the process of separating flour from foreign objects, loosening and aeration of flour. The equipment consists of a loading funnel, a flour sifter Ш2-ХМВ and a drive. The model is equipped with rare earth magnets, the service life of which is 12 years from the date of manufacture of the flour sifter. The flour is fed to the feed hopper. The sifter shaft, rotating in the bearings, transfers the flour with a screw to the sieve. At the exit of the sifter, magnets are installed that trap metal particles. The waste comes out through a pipe to which you can attach a bag to collect waste. For ease of maintenance, a lid is located in the upper part of the housing. A carbon steel mesh with a mesh size of 3 mm is supplied.
