Vertical Baling Machine BVM-1300

The vertical baling machine is used for group packaging of a wide range of products packaged in three-seam pillow bags, standing gasset bags and packages with boiled edges stable (quadro). Packages from a vertical packaging machine are delivered to a feed conveyor, made in the form of two parallel, one above the other conveyor belts. Passing through the feed conveyor, the packages are ironed and take on a flat shape, which makes it possible to obtain a compact package. The machine makes a bag that is in the form of a “pillow” package and puts the packages of products received from the conveyor into it. The machine’s control controller allows you to set the number of stacking rows and the number of packets in a row. Before sealing the bag, its contents are pressed with a special device, which makes it possible to get the bag in the form of a briquette with the smallest possible size for a given amount of product. It is very important for the efficient use of vehicle usable space and transportation efficiency.
