Installation of pressing and cooling of cottage cheese UPT

The UPT unit is designed for separating whey, pressing, and also cooling cala in bags at dairy enterprises. The installation consists of a stainless (or black) frame made of a profile pipe, a tubular drum rotating from a drive, a casing, and a control panel. In the tubular drum of the installation, the coolant is circulated. Depending on the type of refrigerant, the tubular drum can be made of AISI304 or AISI316L stainless steel. A serum collection bath is installed under the drum. The drum casing is equipped with two hinged lids for easy loading and unloading of bags. Using the control panel and the locking device, the installation operator rotates the drum, as well as stops and fixes it in the desired position for comfortable loading and unloading of bags with curd cala.
