Vacuum massager Danfotech 800 lts Massaging is one of the most important processes in the preparation of sausages in order to achieve the perfect color, appearance and absorption of additives. Danfotech massager is designed to provide efficient, reliable, economical and flexible production. The drum can maintain up to 95% vacuum and can be connected to a continuous vacuum if necessary. The massager consists of a machine frame with four gear drives and supporting wheel motors holding the drum. Additional drums can increase overall throughput, making it an economical means of expanding production capabilities gradually with little investment.
