McBrady GRIPPER HS High Speed Rinsing Machine

GRIPPER HS, manufactured by McBrady Engineering Co., Inc, USA, is designed for high-speed rinsing of a variety of bottles and cans. McBrady Engineering, a member of the PMMI Association of American Packaging Equipment Manufacturers, has been specializing in the production of equipment for washing various containers for over 30 years and is widely known throughout the world for its reliable equipment. The machines of the GRIPPER HS Series are designed for high-speed rinsing (or dust removal with compressed air, including ionized) of bottles and cans of almost any shape and size, with a speed of up to 700 bottles per minute or more. Soft rubber belts provide reliable transportation of containers inside the machine during the process of turning down the neck, cleaning and returning to its normal position. The bottles are cleaned with 22 nozzles. When changing to containers of a different size, no interchangeable units are required. The process of changing containers takes only a few minutes. The design of the machine is made of stainless steel and plastic, approved by the FDA, and is characterized by high reliability. The machine is equipped with inlet and outlet bottle conveyors with independent speed controls for precise automatic adjustment to line speed.
