It is a modification of OMT-16. It differs in that it is mounted on a swamp tractor. Designed to perform lifting operations when moving goods at a construction site, for transporting and laying pipelines, with loads weighing up to 16 tons. For lifting and lowering the boom, it is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder; lifting and lowering of the load is carried out by a rope winch.
