The kettle stationary kettle KPEM-250 / 9T is designed for cooking broths, third courses, boiling water. They are used at public catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. Attention: it is not intended for preparation of jam, jam and mousse. The volume of the boiler is 250 liters. Three operating modes. The finished product is drained by a large-diameter tap on the front panel. The convenient handle of the boiler cover locks in any position. Water is heated by the “steam-water shirt” method. If there is no water in the "steam-water jacket", the heating automatically shuts off. Height-adjustable legs. The boiler body and cooking vessel are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. Upon request, the cooking vessel can be made of acid-resistant AISI 316 steel. Stationary boilers can be equipped with a steam cooker kit up to date.
