Gas cabinet oven ШЖЖ-2 is intended for frying semi-finished products from meat, fish, vegetables, baking small-sized flour products and baking cottage cheese dishes at public catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. Each oven has three enameled baking sheets 530x470x30 mm. The product has a smooth, separate temperature control in the oven in the range of 100-280 C. Each oven is heated by a burner that evenly distributes heat in the volume of the oven. The product has painted side and back walls and a stand. The inner surface of the ovens is covered with high-quality enamel. The cabinet has height-adjustable legs.
